Make your visit the most beneficial:

• Print a copy of the Exhibitor List from the Home Page.  See below for printing instructions.
• Call and make appointments with the reps you know you want to see.
• Allow enough time to shop the entire show to spot trends and get a feel for what’s happening in the marketplace.  The hottest thing you find might be something you didn’t even know you were looking for.

Bring to the show:

• Copies of your store’s bio complete with shipping/billing and contact information.
• Store credit information including bank account numbers, letters of credit, license and tax ID.
• Pictures of your store.
• Names and locations of competitors.
• List of brands you want to carry.
• Business cards

At the show:

• Register with Mary at the Show.  There is a Buyers’ Lounge at each show.  Here you can obtain an updated show guide, relax, grab a water, use the restroom, make phone calls and pick up promotional materials from various reps.
• Keep an open mind, seeing and trying new things available.
• Network with buyers and reps.
• Place your orders during the show to give yourself time to plan your store merchandising ahead of your delivery dates.
